Trip To Mackinac:

My grandma (my mom’s mom) wanted to celebrate her birthday in Mackinac City and visit Mackinac Island for the Lilac Festival. She took along with her my mom, my older sister Sarah, me, and my younger sister Jennifer. These are some of the many photos I took on the trip.  :)                                                      6/14/11

The same day we arrived, we decided to visit the Tahquamenon Falls.

After seeing the falls, we went over to Sault Ste. Marie to see the Soo Locks.

  

The next day's plan was to visit Mackinac Island for the Lilac Festival!!     :D

Apparently, it was the first time in ten years since the lilacs actually bloomed for the lilac festival!

           We ate lunch at the fort and got a GREAT view!!!   :D

                                                 After lunch, we toured the fort.
